Allermuir Hill Race
The Allermuir Hill Race is a short, steep fell race held annually in the Pentland Hills, south of Edinburgh. Organised by Carnethy Hill Running Club, the race follows a looped route with an out-and-back section from Lothianburn, climbing first to the summit of Caerketton Hill and then continuing to Allermuir Hill via the Jonny Reynolds sunflower bench before returning.
